I'm Alexandra Grünagel, currently working as a Senior UX Consultant at Cognizant Netcentric. With a strong focus on DesignOps and design systems, I specialize in enhancing the workflows and processes for designers, whether within my team or the client's. By optimizing these systems, I help create an environment where designers can deliver seamless user experiences efficiently and effectively.
In my role, I directly advise and support clients in a dynamic, multicultural environment. My responsibilities range from defining and coordinating tasks, both internally and externally, to reviewing and refining outcomes. I also have the privilege of mentoring and guiding colleagues as a certified trainer.
